Fees

Every project is deeply personal - and so is our approach.

At Studio Mally, we work closely with you to create spaces that feel intentional, cohesive and inherently yours. Our process is structured, transparent and tailored to ensure clarity from the very beginning.

Investment

A 20 minute phone consultation to understand your project, your vision and whether we’re the right fit to work together.

For full home renovations and new builds, we also offer a complimentary in person meet and greet. This allows us to connect and ensure alignment before formally commencing.

Complimentary Discovery Call

Initial Design Consultation - $250 + GST.

This cost is credited toward your design package if you proceed.

Up to 90 minutes, on site or via Zoom.

This consultation is a working session. We explore layout opportunities, functionality, design direction, budget alignment and next steps - giving you immediate clarity and professional insight.

Following this meeting, you will receive a tailored fee proposal outlining fixed design fees based on your project scope.
